The Born Korea Paikdabang Unveils New Winter Season 'Beverage & Dessert' Menu
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] The Born Korea’s Paikdabang announced on the 7th that it has launched two new beverage and dessert menu items that go well with the chilly weather.
The new menu item, ‘Oat Latte,’ is made with oat powder containing Jeongeup oats and smooth milk, offering a richer nutty flavor. Customers can enjoy it as a hot or cold drink according to their preference, and by substituting milk with soy milk, they can experience a deeper nutty taste.
‘Gourmet Butter Salt Bread’ is a newly introduced dessert menu by Paikdabang, featuring a harmonious blend of savory and mild salty flavors using French fermented butter called ‘Gourmet Butter’ and glacier salt ‘Pearl Salt’ from the Andes Mountains. Additionally, the bread offers a crispy exterior and moist interior texture known as ‘geotba-sokchok,’ combined with the unique smooth flavor of gourmet butter, delivering a rich taste that fills the mouth.
