The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -1 to 8 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 14 to 19 degrees Celsius. The cold will ease, and temperatures will be around the average for this time of year.
Inland areas of the central region and Gyeongsang Province will experience a large temperature difference of about 15 degrees between day and night. Fine dust levels will be 'bad' in southern Gyeonggi and Chungnam, while other regions will have 'moderate' levels. Seoul, Incheon, Sejong, Chungbuk, and Jeonbuk are expected to have temporarily 'bad' levels at night.
