The agency has expanded the provision of various inclusive finance services needed by low-income individuals, starting with dormant deposit inquiry and payment services through 'Government24'. Through the newly established one-stop inclusive finance service in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, users can now inquire about asset-building products and loan products, apply for inclusive finance consultations, locate nationwide Inclusive Finance Integrated Support Centers, receive financial education, and issue various certificates.
