View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] As the weather becomes chilly and dry, the demand for moisturizing creams has increased, and convenience store Seven Eleven has launched small-sized moisturizing products.
On the 31st, Seven Eleven announced that it will exclusively offer two Cetaphil products: 'Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion (237ml)' and 'Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream (85g)'. These are small-sized products about 2 to 4 times smaller than regular market products.
Seven Eleven stated that the products apply a low-irritation formula suitable for sensitive skin, featuring a light texture and smooth application suitable for all skin types. They absorb quickly and can be used on various dry areas such as the face, hands, and feet. To commemorate the launch of these two Cetaphil moisturizing products, Seven Eleven will hold a 'Buy 2 Get 1 Free' promotion throughout November.
According to Seven Eleven, sales of moisturizing creams increased by about 25% compared to the previous month. In office-dense areas, sales surged by more than 40%. This is interpreted as an increase in consumers purchasing moisturizing creams that can be conveniently used in offices due to the dry weather. A Seven Eleven official said, "While large-sized products are generally preferred at home, in office areas there is a higher preference for small-sized products that can be used conveniently, leading to frequent purchases of related products at nearby convenience stores."
