View original imageSouth Korea, China, and Japan are expanding cooperation in the cultural content industry sector.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism adopted a joint declaration containing related measures at the Korea-China-Japan Cultural Content Industry Forum held in Jeju on the 28th. The declaration includes promoting exchanges between companies and supporting information sharing and business opportunity creation for companies through online platforms.
Kim Jae-hyun, Director of the Content Policy Bureau at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said, "Recently, the influence of the cultural content industry and the need for cooperation among South Korea, China, and Japan have grown stronger," adding, "We hope the joint declaration will serve as a stepping stone toward shared prosperity."
The Korea-China-Japan Cultural Content Industry Forum is a consultative body established for steady exchange and cooperation. It shares related policies and information and supports exchanges between companies.
