Minister Lee emphasized this during the 11th Emergency Economic and Livelihood Meeting chaired by President Yoon Seok-yeol at the Yongsan Presidential Office building in the afternoon, saying, "To resolve the severe manpower shortage in the shipbuilding industry, either new workers must enter the industry, or existing workers must be able to work when there is available work."
