On the 26th, Jo Myung-rae, the 2nd Deputy Mayor of Changwon Special City, received a comprehensive report on the festival preparations and then visited the main venue, Masan Marine New City, to check the installation status of chrysanthemum sculptures and convenience facilities, viewing routes, parking lot locations, and safety measures for various situations.
This year, chrysanthemum works will be exhibited not only at the main venue but also throughout the Masan area, including 3·15 Marine Nuri Park, Dod Island, Changdong, and Odongdong. Various cultural events and attractions have been prepared, so details regarding urban environment and traffic system maintenance, as well as shuttle bus operations, were also carefully reviewed.
Deputy Mayor Jo said, “We will do our best to prepare so that the beautiful chrysanthemum festival, unfolding against the backdrop of the blue Masan Bay, can be a safe and enjoyable event.”
