Sunchon National University University Job Center Holds Youth Employment Practitioners Council Meeting
Focused Discussions on Strengthening Practitioner Competencies and Building Networks for Communication
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Heo Seon-sik] Suncheon National University (President Ko Young-jin) University Job Center announced on the 25th that it held the 'Youth Employment Practitioners Council' on the 19th at the Suncheon National University Industry-Academic Cooperation Building conference room.
The Youth Employment Practitioners Council consists of about 20 practitioners from related youth employment organizations including Suncheon National University, Suncheon City, Suncheon Employment Welfare+ Center, Suncheon Jeil University, Cheongam University, Yeosu Hanyoung University, Suncheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Jeonnam Job Platform. Established last year, the council aims to support local youth employment policies, career and employment support programs, exchange information on national employment support, and strengthen bonds among staff.
This meeting focused on ▲ Introduction and major achievements of Suncheon National University University Job Center ▲ Cooperation and linkage plans for youth employment projects ▲ Establishment of support systems for universities and related organizations in the eastern Jeonnam region to support youth employment ▲ Building networks for capacity enhancement and communication among career guidance and employment support practitioners.
Sim Sang-deok, head of the Suncheon National University University Job Center, said, "We will continue various support and cooperation projects for youth employment support and job matching through regularization of the practitioner network and exchange cooperation among universities, local governments, employment centers, and related organizations."
