[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Su-yeon] KT announced on the 24th that the number of subscribers to its small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) business portal platform (groupware), ‘BizMekaEZ,’ has surpassed 400,000.

‘BizMekaEZ’ is an SME groupware solution service launched by KT in 2016, currently used by about 70,000 SMEs and 400,000 SME employees. It provides over 30 business solutions including email, electronic approval, messenger, attendance management, enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and video conferencing. It supports both web and mobile systems, enhancing accessibility and convenience.

For SME subscribers, KT has added specialized services to ‘BizMekaEZ’ such as a 23% discount subscription to Millie’s Library, a welfare mall, LinkEduPortal for essential workplace training, discounted sales of Giftishow, and call management features.

As ‘BizMekaEZ’ expands to include specialized services beyond business functions, satisfaction among SME subscribers is increasing. The percentage of respondents who would recommend ‘BizMekaEZ’ also increased from 51% to 71% during the same period.

Min Hye-byung, Head of KT Enterprise Service DX Division, said, “Going forward, we will lead the digital transformation (DX) of SMEs’ work environments by additionally applying essential business solutions and specialized services such as electronic contracts and project management services to ‘BizMekaEZ.’”
