[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] Two teenagers attempting to steal valuables from vehicles in an apartment underground parking lot were caught by the police.
On the 21st, the Seongdong Police Station in Seoul announced that they have booked two teenagers on theft charges and are investigating. It was reported that one of them fled in the middle but later voluntarily appeared at the police station.
They are suspected of trying to open car doors and steal valuables in an underground parking lot of an apartment in Oksu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, around 5:20 a.m. that day. It is known that they targeted vehicles with side mirrors that were not folded.
It was confirmed that they are not juvenile offenders under the age of 14.
