According to the industry on the 22nd, at Emart, sales of heating appliances such as electric blankets and heaters increased by 148% from the 4th to the 13th of this month. Heater sales rose by 214%, humidifiers by 162%, and electric blankets by 152%.
Emart is holding a winter event featuring heating appliances and winter clothing until the 26th, offering discounts of up to 30%. Representative products include the Shinil T·C decal electric blanket and Kyungdong Navien hot water mat at discounted prices. Popular heaters, warm air fans, and humidifiers for winter camping are discounted by up to 20,000 KRW off the regular price.
Lotte Hi-Mart is offering popular brands such as Shinil Electronics, Kyungdong Navien, and Gukil at discounted prices at over 410 Lotte Hi-Mart stores nationwide this month. Customers can purchase electric blanket event products at up to 14% off and heater event products at up to 15% off.
Heating appliances can also be purchased at special prices on the Lotte Hi-Mart online shopping mall. Event products such as Bokuk Electronics, Kyungdong Navien, and Gluvine electric mats are sold at discounts of up to 25%. Popular heater products from Shinil, Paseco, Hanil, and Winix are also offered at discounts of up to 20%, depending on the event product.
