SK stated, "On October 15, 2022, a fire occurred in the emergency power facility room of our data center located in Pangyo, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, causing service disruptions for major clients such as Kakao and Naver. In response, we made every effort to minimize damage through prompt action immediately after the fire and are fully committed to recovery efforts under all possible safety measures."
