The Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) is a certification system that measures customer satisfaction indices for brands by industry. Since its first implementation in Korea in 1992, it has been recognized as a credible CS evaluation model. This year, more than 11,000 consumers evaluated the satisfaction of 388 companies across 118 industrial sectors to select the top company in each industry.
Since developing the first condensing boiler in Asia in 1988, Kyungdong Navien has led the promotion of condensing boilers for energy saving and environmental protection. Condensing boilers reuse the latent heat contained in exhaust gases for heating and hot water, reducing gas consumption by up to 28.4% compared to conventional boilers. They also reduce carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas that accelerates global warming, by 576 kg annually, which is equivalent to planting 208 pine trees per year, and reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx), a major cause of fine dust, by 79% compared to conventional boilers. Recently, as carbon neutrality has become a major issue, interest in eco-friendly, high-efficiency products has increased. Condensing boilers are products perfectly suited to changing consumer trends, and actual users show high satisfaction.
Kyungdong Navien is recently shifting the boiler paradigm from 'heating' to 'hot water' and is making efforts to further increase customer satisfaction. To break the long-standing hot water miasma?such as waiting a long time for hot water to come out or reduced hot water volume and temperature fluctuations when using hot water simultaneously in multiple places in the house?they launched the 'Navien Condensing ON AI.' Based on hot water technology verified in the global market and combined with AI technology, it features smart diagnostic services that allow customers to check boiler issues at a glance, and HEMS reports that learn and provide information on monthly household hot water and heating usage patterns, striving to help customers use hot water conveniently and smartly.
