[Asia Economy Reporter Seomideum] Jeon Juhwan (31), accused of the 'Sindang Station stalking murder,' has been detained and indicted.
The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office investigation team (led by Chief Prosecutor Kim Sumin) on the 6th detained and indicted Jeon on charges including special law retaliation murder, violation of the Information and Communications Network Act, violation of the Personal Information Protection Act, and trespassing. They also requested an electronic location tracking device attachment order.

Jeon is accused of killing the victim with a weapon in the women's restroom at Sindang Station on Seoul Subway Line 2 on the night of the 14th of last month, one day before the first trial verdict, after being prosecuted without detention for stalking the victim and other charges.
