[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is leasing industrial facilities at the Global Biz Center currently under construction in Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley.
Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley is adjacent to Pangyo Techno Valley and is expected to house numerous leading companies related to the 4th industrial revolution, such as autonomous driving. The Global Biz Center, located in the core area of the 2nd Techno Valley, boasts excellent transportation conditions, being close to the Gyeongbu Expressway and the Yongin-Seoul Expressway.
GH will establish various infrastructure facilities such as coworking spaces, multipurpose halls, and seminar rooms within the Global Biz Center to support the growth of global ICT companies and their overseas expansion.
The leasing target includes a total of 152 industrial facility units within the Global Biz Center. In particular, some units will be supplied to fabless companies, which are core to the system semiconductor industry, as GH plans to contribute to creating startup support spaces for semiconductors in the province.

Applications for leasing will be accepted from the 19th to the 21st of this month, with tenant selection and contract signing scheduled for November, and move-in planned for March next year.
