[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Global fandom platform Fantoo announced on the 5th that it has surpassed 7 million cumulative subscribers just 14 months after its launch.
Fantoo consists of a home screen where users can view the latest trends at a glance, a chat feature supporting real-time translation that allows free conversation without language barriers, a community where fans can share news about their favorite artists and content, and voting with various ongoing promotions.
Fantoo stated, "We believe that providing fandom-friendly promotional policies and a social environment has led to the platform's rapid growth." According to the company, K-pop fandoms from 122 to 130 countries worldwide are sharing Hallyu through Fantoo.
