Woori Bank Publishes Digital Webzine 'Hello DT!' for All Employees
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Woori Bank announced on the 3rd that it has published a digital webzine, ‘Hello, DT!’, to spread digital culture among its employees and strengthen their capabilities.
The webzine was created to encourage Woori Bank employees to take an interest in digital information and approach it easily. It is a webzine that can be conveniently viewed on mobile devices and will be regularly provided once every two months. The webzine is mainly composed of sections such as ‘Spotlight on This Technology!’, ‘Exploring Digital Innovation Companies’, and ‘Interviews with Digital Experts within the Bank’.
After setting the management goal of becoming the ‘Customer-Centered No.1 Financial Platform Company’, Woori Bank prioritized digital transformation as its top task. In January, it published a book titled ‘DT! Our Future’ and distributed it to all employees. Additionally, it operates a ‘Digital Mandatory Training Course’ to enhance the digital capabilities of all employees. The bank plans to establish a ‘Digital MBA Program’ to cultivate core talents in digital finance, AI, and big data fields.
