Now in its 17th year, the exhibition will be held for three days from the 22nd to the 24th under the theme 'Edutech, the Beginning of the Digital Transformation.' It is centered on the most notable content in this year's education industry, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Metaverse.
The export consultation meeting, in collaboration with the Korea Edutech Industry Association, will take place over two days on the 22nd and 23rd. It has attracted 23 prominent buyers mainly from advanced countries like the United States and from China and Vietnam, where demand for educational content is increasing.
In particular, this year, with the global trend of significantly lowering the age at which children enter tech education such as coding, educational technology that integrates digital technology is expected to attract buyers' attention. Fifty companies specializing in modular assembly teaching aids for coding software and AI education will participate. Based on a prior demand survey of participating companies, 1:1 business video consultations between overseas buyers and domestic companies will be conducted.
A representative from RoboThink LLC, a U.S. educational franchise buyer attending the consultation, said, "In the U.S., the number of states mandating technology education including coding is increasing," adding, "We have high expectations for building cooperative relationships through meetings with companies possessing promising technology fields such as AI, big data, and cloud."
