Rich & Co is recruiting applicants among its non-face-to-face planners, called Rich Managers (hereafter RM), who wish to work while combining work and vacation at the Digital Jeju Center.
Any Rich & Co RM can apply to work in Jeju regardless of their appointment period or achievement records, and RMs can freely decide their own residency period.
The same opportunity is provided not only to existing appointed planners but also to new RMs.
During the Jeju work period, if desired, they can transfer back to the headquarters or other centers at any time to continue working.
