'Incheon Women's Job Fair' Held on 22nd... 100 Companies to Hire 330 People
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon City will hold the '2022 Incheon Women's Job Fair' on the 22nd from 2 PM to 5 PM at the Aeteul Square of Incheon City Hall.
The event, co-hosted by nine branches of the Women's New Employment Center in Incheon, a specialized institution supporting women's employment, will feature 100 recruiting companies aiming to hire a total of 330 people, with 60 booths including recruitment and experience zones.
At the Employment Consulting Booth, employment counselors will be available for job application and consultation, while at the Recruitment Booth, HR managers from companies will conduct direct hiring through on-site interviews and indirect hiring by accepting resumes, linking job seekers to employment opportunities.
Additionally, support services such as unemployment benefits and labor consultations, startup consulting, interview style coaching, fingerprint aptitude tests, virtual reality (VR) mock interview experiences, health checkups, and resume photo shoots will be provided as various side events.
Any female job seeker wishing to find employment can participate by bringing an ID card, resume, and self-introduction letter to the event venue.
Furthermore, Incheon City will hold a ceremony to award certificates and plaques to the '2022 Incheon-type Women-Friendly Companies' selected by the city.
