Jeonnam Provincial Council Appoints Legislative and Legal Advisor

According to the Jeonnam Provincial Council on the 5th, former Suncheon City Deputy Mayor Lim Chae-young was appointed as the legislative advisor, and lawyers Han So-young, Kim Jung-woo, and Lim Ji-hoon were appointed as legal advisors.
The appointed advisors will perform advisory roles for one year in accordance with the Jeonnam Provincial Council Legislative and Legal Advisor Operation Ordinance, including ▲consultation on legislation such as the enactment and revision of autonomous regulations ▲interpretation of related higher laws and legislative policy consultation during the enactment and revision of autonomous regulations ▲litigation related to council disputes entrusted by the chairman ▲consultation on legal matters related to the council and other legislative and policy matters related to the council.
