Price Reduced... KT Launches Practical 'AI Call Assistant'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] KT announced on the 4th that it has newly launched the ‘AI Call Secretary Lite’ product, which significantly lowers the price while maintaining the core functions of the AI call secretary.
Last October, KT launched the ‘AI Call Secretary’ service, which uses ‘AI Active Composite Conversation’ technology to answer calls to stores 24/7 on behalf of busy small business owners. The standard version of KT’s AI Call Secretary, priced at 20,000 KRW per month, can independently handle complex phone inquiries coming into the store, such as AI greetings, AI memos, parking guidance, reservations, and order reception.
The newly released KT ‘AI Call Secretary Lite’ significantly lowers the price to 5,000 KRW per month to allow more customers to use it, while retaining the most frequently used features from the standard version: ‘AI Greeting’ and ‘AI Memo’.
The ‘AI Memo’ feature allows the AI to answer calls on behalf of small business owners who find it difficult to pick up the phone, then take notes of the message and send them to the dedicated AI Call Secretary app. This helps ensure no calls are missed during busy hours or after work. Additionally, users can easily switch to call forwarding within the app instead of using the AI Memo feature.
The ‘AI Greeting’ feature provides customers with a message desired by the store owner immediately upon call connection. Store owners can freely set the greeting message, and the AI delivers preset promotions or announcements to all callers on their behalf.
