View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Seodaemun-gu (Mayor Seongheon Lee) announced that Shinhan Bank warmed the community by donating sponsorship funds to the Seodaemun Regional Self-Sufficiency Center on the 25th of this month.
Shinhan Bank Sinchon Branch (Branch Manager Inyong Kim) actively carries out social contribution activities under the motto "Making the world better through the power of finance," and as part of this effort, donated 10 million won to support the self-sufficiency success of low-income residents.
Hyunsun Lee, director of the Seodaemun Regional Self-Sufficiency Center, expressed gratitude to Shinhan Bank, saying, "We plan to use the valuable sponsorship funds to improve the welfare of residents participating in self-sufficiency projects and to upgrade the kitchen facilities of the project groups."
The Seodaemun Regional Self-Sufficiency Center is a social welfare facility operated under the designation of the Ministry of Health and Welfare by the Happy Silver World Association. It currently enhances the self-sufficiency and independence capabilities of 213 participating residents through support for the operation of 11 self-sufficiency project groups and 7 self-sufficiency enterprises.
