HiteJinro Achieves Highest Purity with Third Distillation of 'Jinro 1924 Heritage'
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Hite Jinro is launching the super premium distilled soju "Jinro 1924 Heritage" in celebration of Chuseok. Since its first unveiling at a pop-up store on the 5th, Jinro 1924 Heritage has attracted many consumers, leading to a daily sales limit of 1,000 units.
Jinro 1924 Heritage embodies Hite Jinro's 98 years of history and tradition, with differentiated raw materials. It uses 100% of the highest quality Imsil rice, known as Imgeummalpyo Icheon rice, which was cultivated on fertile land with clean water and historically presented to the king.
Additionally, it achieves the finest taste through Korea's top brewing technology. While typical distilled soju is made using a single distillation method, Jinro 1924 Heritage undergoes three distillation processes, distilling twice more to capture only the purest essence. In each distillation, the strongly aromatic initial and the off-flavored final distillates are boldly discarded, using only the richly fragrant middle layer to maximize flavor. It features a smooth throat feel with an alcohol content of 30 degrees that is hardly noticeable, along with a clean aroma.

The packaging is inspired by the Hite Jinro 90th anniversary commemorative liquor released in 2014. It preserves the tradition of Korean soju with a golden toad motif and is crafted with a modern, luxurious design. The volume is 700ml.
