KB Kookmin Card, 2022 Second Half New Employee Open Recruitment
Recruitment in Progress for a Total of 4 Departments
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] KB Kookmin Card announced on the 24th that it will conduct rolling recruitment for new employees in the second half of 2022.
This recruitment targets a total of four positions: ▲General ▲Data Planning & Management ▲IT ▲Data Development, and will be conducted in compliance with quarantine guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as in the first half of the year.
Applicants wishing to join can submit their applications on the KB Kookmin Card recruitment website by 5 p.m. on the 2nd of next month, regardless of academic background, gender, age, or major. An online competency test for applicants will be held starting from the 7th of next month, and the written test is scheduled for the 25th of next month.
Regarding the written test, for the General and Data Planning & Management positions, the evaluation will include the National Competency Standards (NCS)-based basic vocational competency assessment and a digital & data finance knowledge test. For the IT and Data Development positions, the test will include the basic vocational competency assessment along with a practical (coding) test. Final successful candidates will be announced in November after undergoing step-by-step interviews with practitioners and executives following the written test.
