Naver News, 'Reporter Home' Rebranding
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Naver News announced on the 19th that it has upgraded the 'Reporter Home' feature, which allows reporters and readers to communicate more actively.
Launched by Naver in June 2015, 'Reporter Home' is a feature that collects articles written by reporters in one place to introduce them to users and facilitate communication. Currently, about 8,600 reporters from approximately 124 media outlets participate, interacting with users who subscribe to them. More than 50 reporters have over 10,000 subscribers, showing steady usage.
With this update, users can better view articles personally recommended by reporters they subscribe to on the Naver mobile MY News section, improving usability. Additionally, a new 'Reporter TALK' corner has been created where reporters can directly communicate with subscribers if they wish. In 'Reporter TALK,' reporters can leave short comments or reviews about their articles in the 'Reporter Comment' area.
