The K-Digital Platform establishes digital healthcare equipment and facilities to provide residents with free experiences of advanced medical devices and education and training in new technology fields for nurturing core digital talents.
On the 1st and 2nd floors of the experience center, residents can measure their health status using eye health analyzers, brainwave and pulse wave analyzers, musculoskeletal and posture analyzers, and receive the analysis results immediately.
Additionally, by directly wearing VR (Virtual Reality) devices, physical examinations and cognitive rehabilitation training are possible, and various digital medical healthcare products from local companies can be accessed.
The operating hours of the experience center are weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and it is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Furthermore, for participants in the youth challenge project, career exploration in the medical healthcare industry and production of 3D-printed products in the medical healthcare field are underway. In the second half of the year, a medical healthcare industry seminar and job fair will be held to contribute to job creation.
Director Moon In said, “Since this project greatly benefits residents' health along with nurturing core talents in the regional medical and healthcare sectors, we will actively support the expansion of the K-Digital Healthcare Platform.”
