Apple to Unveil iPhone 14 on October 7... Mac, iPad and Other Models Also Expected
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] Apple, which unveils a new lineup every September, is reportedly planning an iPhone 14 launch event on the 7th of next month (local time), according to Bloomberg News citing sources on the 17th.
According to the report, Apple is expected to reveal not only the iPhone 14 lineup but also new Mac (notebooks), three Apple Watch models, and both high-end and low-end iPads. The iPhone 14 launch is anticipated to be held online rather than as an offline event. Accordingly, employees have started recording parts of the presentation to be used in the online event over the past few weeks.
Apple usually releases new iPhones in stores about ten days after the announcement, and Bloomberg reported that some stores have been notified to prepare for the new product launch on the 16th of next month, following a similar process this time.
Earlier, Apple held the developer event "Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2022," where it unveiled new features of the iPhone software iOS16 to be introduced this time, marking the first offline event in three years.
