According to Jeonnam Fire on the 17th, the Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted that 30 to 100mm of rain would fall mainly along the southern coast of Jeonnam by the afternoon, with some areas receiving more than 150mm, accompanied by strong rain with gusts, thunder, and lightning due to the stationary front.
As heavy rain is expected mainly along the southern coast, Jeonnam Fire promoted this meeting to strengthen preemptive measures for vulnerable areas and emergency rescue response readiness.
