Hana Bank "Free International Student ID Issuance When Opening Foreign Currency Deposit"
200 People Drawn by Lottery to Receive 'Dollar Book' as a Gift
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Hana Bank is conducting a promotion where customers who open a new foreign currency deposit account can receive an International Student Identity Card (ISIC) for free.
Hana Bank announced on the 12th that, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the ISIC partnership card issuance, it is holding the 'ISIC Free Issuance Event' in collaboration with the International Student Identity Card Korea Representative Office (KISES) until the 31st of this month.
Customers who open a new 'Hana Million Dollar Account' through the Hana Bank mobile banking application ‘Hana One Q’ and apply on the ISIC website will be provided with the ISIC free issuance service.
The ISIC is a globally recognized student ID card that offers various discount benefits by verifying student status during overseas travel. Previously, Hana Bank was the first domestic bank to issue an ISIC partnership cash card in 2002.
Additionally, among customers participating in the free ISIC issuance event, 200 people will be selected by lottery to receive a 'Dollar Book' consisting of ten 1-dollar bills.
