Gwangju Dong-gu "Take Care of Your Mind at the Youth Life Design School"
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City is recruiting participants for the ‘Youth Life Design School - Caring for Body and Mind’ program until the 19th.
The ‘Youth Life Design School’ is a project that has supported young people’s dreams since 2020, enabling them to live a self-directed life through a process of exploring ‘the self.’
This year’s program, conducted in collaboration with Jabisinhaenghoe and Mudeungsan Jeungsimsa Temple, is themed ‘Healing the Body through Nature and Food.’ It offers time to care for one’s body and mind away from daily life through healthy food making and a templestay experience.
A total of 60 participants will be recruited, divided into three groups of 20 per term. Eligible applicants are youths aged 39 or younger who reside in Dong-gu, work within the district, or are currently enrolled (including on leave) in university.
To participate, applicants can download the relevant documents from the Dong-gu Office website, fill them out, and submit them via email. For more details, inquiries can be made to the Youth Sports Division’s Youth Policy Team.
