BPA Provides Supplies to Prevent Heat-Related Illnesses for Port Security Workers

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Busan Port Authority (BPA) is providing industrial air conditioners and cooling products that can lower body temperature for early shift workers to prevent heat-related illnesses among port security workers at Busan Port due to the ongoing heatwave.
The industrial air conditioners will be prioritized and provided to six posts with high exposure to heatwaves, and cooling products will be supplied to approximately 700 security workers at Busan Port's North Port, Gamcheon Port, and New Port.
BPA has been holding the "Busan Port Security Workers Regular Meeting" since this year to improve the working environment of Busan Port security workers and is actively taking measures on various agenda items discussed at the meetings. This provision of supplies is also support based on the meeting's agenda.
