Gwangju Bank Holds Encouragement Event Inviting Ansan Player and Coach Kim Seong-eun
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Gwangju Bank recently announced on the 5th that it held an encouragement event by inviting national representative athlete Ansan and coach Kim Sung-eun, who are its promotional ambassadors, to the head office.
Athlete Ansan won the first-ever triple crown in archery history at the ‘2020 Tokyo Olympics’ held in July last year, followed by two titles at the ‘2021 World Archery Championships,’ and a gold medal in the team event at the ‘2022 Archery World Cup’ held in Gwangju last May. Recently, she also became a double champion at the ‘2022 Hyundai Archery World Cup Stage 4’ held in Medell?n, Colombia. The event was held to encourage athlete Ansan and wish her continued success.
In particular, athlete Ansan was appointed as a promotional ambassador for Gwangju Bank and is active as the best athlete who has brought honor to her hometown.
Additionally, coach Kim Sung-eun has produced Olympic gold medalists including Ansan, Ki Bo-bae, and Choi Mi-sun, achieving the remarkable feat of winning Olympic gold medals three consecutive times at the 2012 London Olympics, 2016 Rio Olympics, and 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
