Pyeongtaek Port Authority, Recruiting Trainees for Maritime Logistics Youth Employment Academy
[Asia Economy (Pyeongtaek) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi Pyeongtaek Port Authority is recruiting 30 trainees for the '2022 2nd Maritime Logistics Youth Employment Academy' until the 12th of this month.
The Maritime Logistics Youth Employment Academy has been held annually since 2017 by the Pyeongtaek Port Authority to enhance expertise and contribute to youth job creation through specialized theoretical and field training in the maritime, port, and logistics sectors for young people residing in Gyeonggi Province or graduates and prospective graduates of universities located in Gyeonggi Province.
The training will be conducted over 7 weeks from August 23 to October 14. The training fee is completely free, and upon completion, a certificate of completion will be issued to the graduates.
This year, trainees can choose a curriculum that suits their own capabilities, and following the first basic course, which closed recruitment on the 20th, the second advanced course is being recruited.
