SBI Savings Bank and Shinhan Card Launch Special Fixed Deposit Offer... Up to 4.35% Annual Interest
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] SBI Savings Bank launched a special fixed deposit offer with an annual interest rate of 4.35% on its financial platform ‘Cider Bank’ on the 1st.
The interest rate is a maximum of 4.35%, which includes the Cider Bank compound fixed deposit rate of 3.15% plus a preferential rate of 1.2 percentage points. This is currently the highest among domestic fixed deposit products. The subscription period is 12 months, and customers can deposit up to 10 million KRW. A total of 40,000 accounts will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis during the one-month period until the 31st.

The special offer is provided upon meeting the usage conditions of Shinhan Card. Customers who have not used Shinhan Card for more than six months prior and spend at least 200,000 KRW within three months after subscribing to the special offer are eligible. The Shinhan Card must be held until the deposit matures.
