This event was the first Agricultural Managers Family Unity Festival held since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before the event, the Jinju City Federation of Korean Agricultural Managers and Geumpo Agricultural Cooperative donated 700 boxes of eggs (worth approximately 10.5 million KRW) to the Jinju City Welfare Foundation, adding significance to the Unity Festival.
The event featured a magic show, presentation of appreciation plaques, invited singer performances, a raffle draw, and recreational activities, creating an atmosphere of communication and harmony enjoyed by all participants.
Chairman Lim Ho-sik said, "I am very pleased to hold the Agricultural Managers Family Unity Festival for the first time in three years due to COVID-19," and added, "I hope this becomes not only a place for harmony but also for the exchange of advanced agricultural technology and knowledge. I ask that you take pride as agricultural managers and fulfill your role as true leaders of rural society."

Jinju Mayor Jo Gyu-il stated, "I believe that our city could stand tall as an advanced agricultural city and the nation's number one export city because of the passion of our agricultural managers," and said, "We will do our best to strengthen agricultural competitiveness and improve farming convenience through the Scientific Farming Support Center, Agricultural Products Comprehensive Processing Center, formation of rural labor support teams, and additional installation of agricultural machinery rental offices."
