Hanacard, First Revamp of Mobile Lifestyle Money Platform 'Hana Money'
Enhancement of Design Elements and Benefits
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Hana Card announced on the 28th that it has newly revamped 'Hana Money,' Hana Financial Group's mobile lifestyle money platform. This revamp is the first renewal work carried out after changing the platform's brand from Hana Members to Hana Money in March.
Through this revamp, Hana Card focused on functional improvements that provide a more intuitive menu structure and various benefits from the user's perspective. In particular, the brand character of Hana Money, 'ㅎㅎ Family,' was actively used to increase engagement with the design-sensitive MZ generation (born between 1980 and 2000).
First, the main screen was completely redesigned with a UI/UX centered on user convenience for intuitive and easy use. The screen was designed so that major services can be easily accessed around the representative Hana Money character, and the dynamic movement of the menu was enhanced to make it easy and fun for customers to use.
Additionally, benefits were added to the Benefit Master and My Benefits services. The Benefit Master shows the ranking of customers who received the most benefits in the previous month and the main usage patterns of Hana Money, while My Benefits allows users to check the money saved and earned that month in an infographic format.
Furthermore, the infinite accumulation service for app-tech customers, who have made saving a daily habit due to recent high interest rates and inflation, was strengthened. The 'Friend Recommendation' service accumulates Hana Money whenever an invitation to join Hana Money is sent or when a friend who received the invitation signs up. The 'Insurance Money Accumulation' service expanded existing partnerships with automobile insurance companies and newly introduced insurance comparison, driver insurance, and motorcycle insurance, broadening the range of options.
A foreign currency Hana Money service for overseas travel and direct purchase customers was also introduced. The newly launched 'Travel Log Service' allows free charging without exchange fees for four foreign currencies (dollar, yen, euro, pound). When using the Travel Log check card, overseas merchant usage fees and overseas ATM withdrawal fees are free.
