According to Shinsegae Department Store on the 28th, the Times Square branch Living Hall recorded the highest sales growth rate of 30.8% among 13 stores including the main store and Gangnam branch until the 25th of this month.
In particular, on the 15th of this month, the interior specialty brand LX Jiin Interior was introduced as the largest scale in the commercial district. LX Jiin Interior is a space decorated with products from premium lifestyle brands already located in the Times Square Living Hall such as Nattuzzi, Fritz Hansen, and Casamia, allowing customers to see interior and furniture at a glance. The model house size is configured similarly to mid-to-large apartments near the Times Square branch to enhance immersion, and since its opening, more than 1,000 consultation teams have visited, showing great interest with customized content.
The LX model house decorated with brands located in the Living Hall has received positive responses from customers, leading to linked purchases after interior consultations. From the 15th to the 25th, the linkage rate between customers who consulted or contracted at LX Jiin Interior and Living Hall sales reached 34%. This means that one out of three customers visiting LX Jiin Interior purchased home appliances and furniture simultaneously at the model house after interior consultation or contract.
The differentiated model house composition linking interior and tenant brands is receiving positive responses from customers, and the Times Square Living Hall has recorded a growth rate of 41.5% compared to the previous year since the 15th of this month. Looking at performance by age group, the sales growth rate (52.2%) and proportion (40.8%) of customers in their 30s show the highest figures among all age groups.
