The 10 newly appointed officers, including Kim Jaejun, Shim Suhyeon, Ahn Changik, Wang Chungmin, Jang Inhyeok, Shin Chansu, Do Eungyu, Song Daehun, Jeong Jongbin, and Go Ryong, were selected in various fields such as shipbuilding technology, patrol vessel personnel, and special duties (rescue).
After completing a 39-week training course combining theory and practice at the Maritime Police Training Center, the new maritime police officers were assigned to Changwon Maritime Police Station, where they will work on the front lines of maritime security at patrol vessels and police substations.
