Renault Korea and Altaba Group Join Hands... 'Developing Digital Journey'
First Project Unveiled at This Fall's XM3 E-TECH Hybrid Launch
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Renault Korea Motors announced on the 25th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Altava Group (Altava) to collaborate on developing a digital customer journey.
Starting with this MOU, Renault Korea plans to build a new digital space that connects customers' digital experiences with real mobility experiences. Additionally, it will conduct various marketing activities targeting MZ generation customers who are familiar with the new digital environment, aiming to secure a new potential customer base.
Renault Korea plans to launch the first project of the digital journey with customers in line with the launch of the XM3 E-TECH Hybrid.
Altava, which signed the MOU with Renault Korea, is a company that provides metaverse platforms and NFT items, allowing customers to experience real-world brands in virtual spaces in various ways. It is especially known for offering customers rich self-expression experiences within the metaverse through collaborations with various fashion and high-end brands.
