[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] The Nature Holdings is raising 15 billion KRW through a third-party allotment rights offering.
The Nature Holdings will issue 563,994 redeemable convertible preferred shares (RCPS) at 26,596 KRW per share. The payment date is next month on the 2nd. Samsung-Ascent Global Apparel New Technology Business Investment No.1 will participate in the capital increase.
A company official explained, "The capital increase was actively promoted and successfully completed as part of cooperation with Chinese investment bank CICC to jointly establish The Nature Holdings’ overseas expansion roadmap."
He added, "Despite having solid financial capacity, we decided to attract investment to effectively strengthen the business growth momentum."
The official emphasized, "Existing brands are maintaining explosive growth, and new brands such as Mark Gonzales are being added. The recently acquired Barrel is being directly managed by our CEO Park Young-jun to enhance brand value."
He said, "We expect business growth through various activities such as the recent successful global order meeting, and we believe investors participated in the capital increase with confidence."
