Get a Transportation Card for Environmental Protection Certification... SR Launches Summer Vacation Campaign
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] SR, the operator of SRT, announced on the 20th that it will launch the 'Love the Earth Environmental Protection Campaign' with the public starting from the 21st to coincide with the summer vacation season.
This campaign was prepared with the purpose of encouraging travelers during the summer vacation season to pledge to practice eco-friendly summer vacations and to carry out environmental protection activities at vacation spots in order to raise awareness of environmental protection in daily life.
To participate, individuals must agree to the 'Eco-friendly Summer Vacation Practice Pledge,' including achieving carbon neutrality, on the event page and upload a certification photo after performing environmental protection activities at their vacation destination.
SR plans to donate 10,000 KRW per participant to support self-reliant youth preparing for independence. Additionally, 100 participants will be selected to receive transportation cards worth approximately 20,000 KRW.
This campaign is the second campaign following the 'Eussek (ESG) Eussek (ESG) Well Done!' challenge launched last month to establish and spread an ESG practice culture, and participation is open until August 21. Winners will be individually notified in September.
