Hapcheon Museum Hosts the 6th "World History and Culture Exploration with Family" Program
Exhibition Featuring Human Life and Death, Ancient Egyptians' Appearance, and More
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Hapcheon Museum in Gyeongnam is operating the "6th World History and Culture Exploration with Families" to provide an opportunity to enhance family bonds and help understand the history and culture of various countries by viewing world-class artifacts.
This exploration is scheduled for July 30th from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will include a visit to the special exhibition "Egypt - Stories of Life, Death, and Resurrection," held at the National Jeonju Museum, which introduces artifacts of the Egyptian civilization that emerged around the Nile River about 5,000 years ago, one of the world's four great civilizations.
This exhibition offers a glimpse into the ancient Egyptians' views on human life and death and their spiritual world. After viewing the exhibition, participants will tour the Jeonju Zoo.
Applications for the exploration can be submitted from 10 a.m. on July 20th through the Hapcheon-gun Lifelong Education Portal. Personal expenses such as zoo admission fees and meals are self-paid, transportation costs are free, and the number of participants is limited to 40 on a first-come, first-served basis.
