The National Service Awards, organized by the Industrial Policy Research Institute (IPS) under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, select outstanding services that represent South Korea and are widely recognized by consumers each year based on accumulated data over many years, evaluating ▲service value ▲customer satisfaction ▲external activities in each category.
Mesh Korea explained that Vroong’s grand prize win was recognized for its contribution to innovating South Korea’s logistics industry?which has been focused on offline logistics systems, complex and multi-stage logistics structures, and inefficient and high-cost environments?through IT-based technology. In fact, Vroong has connected the entire process from logistics, storage, packaging to delivery in a one-stop system and accelerated the digital transformation of the entire logistics process.
In particular, Vroong has actively developed and applied smart solutions using real data in the logistics field, equipped with AI, big data, location-based automatic dispatch systems, optimal route transportation systems, and an order management system integrating distribution and logistics. Recently, as interest in third-party logistics has increased among companies to improve cost efficiency and optimization of distribution logistics, Vroong’s customer base has grown significantly. Currently, more than 600 corporate clients and over 123,000 local stores use Vroong’s smart logistics solutions.
