The agreement ceremony is the final agreement (draft) after a total of 10 negotiations and practical consultations over about three months, starting with the first main negotiation on April 25.
Cho Young-jin, CEO of Nambu Airport Service Co., Ltd., stated, “Taking this wage negotiation as an opportunity, we will strive to establish a more progressive labor-management relationship based on communication, trust, and cooperation between labor and management, and to improve workers’ wage treatment.”
