The meeting, held immediately after a press conference by civic groups such as Haengbok Jungshim Jinhae Cooperative and Changwon Water Life Citizens' Solidarity on the afternoon of the 13th, was attended by First Deputy Mayor An Kyungwon, Planning and Coordination Office Director Kwak Gikwon, Waterworks Business Office Director Kim Sangwoon, Seokdong Water Purification Section Chief Lee Haegi, and 15 members of civic groups.
