Ajou University Establishes New Departments in AI Mobility and Intelligent Semiconductors... Tuition Waived for One Year
Ajou University's Department of Intelligent Semiconductor Engineering is expanding laboratory practice and project courses based on its own cleanroom and circuit design practice environment.
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Ajou University announced on the 13th that it has newly established the Department of AI Mobility Engineering and the Department of Advanced New Materials Engineering within the College of Engineering, and the Department of Intelligent Semiconductor Engineering within the College of Information and Communication.
The total enrollment for the three newly established departments is 123 students. The AI Mobility Engineering Department in the College of Engineering is newly established as an interdisciplinary department, with an admission quota of 40 students. The Department of Advanced New Materials Engineering is newly established based on the existing Department of New Materials Engineering and operates with an admission quota of 43 students. The Department of Intelligent Semiconductor Engineering is newly established in the College of Information and Communication, with an admission quota of 40 students. The application period for Ajou University's 2023 academic year early admission, including the three newly established departments, will be held from September 13 to September 17. The first successful candidates of the early admission comprehensive student record screening (ACE screening) for the three newly established advanced departments will receive the 'Advanced Talent Scholarship,' which includes a full tuition waiver for one year and guaranteed dormitory admission.
