Seoul Yeongdeungpo Police Station Conducts Joint Patrols in Foreign Resident-Dense Areas
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] The Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul announced that it conducted a joint patrol in the foreigner-dense area of Daerim-dong together with local cooperative organizations.
On the 11th, 13 members from Yeongdeungpo Police Station, Daerim 3 Police Substation, the Community Safety Council, and the nonprofit organization Sarang Nanum carried out a joint patrol focusing on crime-prone areas such as school surroundings, parks, and food alleyways within Daerim-dong.
This joint patrol was organized to prevent crime, listen to residents' opinions, and directly visit multicultural families facing difficult living conditions to deliver daily necessities.
