Gwangju Chamber of Commerce Holds Practical Training on Personnel and Labor Management for the Second Half of the Year

This training is designed to support the capacity building of local small and medium-sized enterprise practitioners by providing lectures focused on practical content related to the amendments to labor-related laws effective from the second half of 2022.
The training course will cover approximately 7 hours focusing on key theories and practical cases in human resources and labor management, including ▲Amended labor-related laws (mandatory installation of rest facilities, etc.) ▲Annual paid leave (basic legal principles, Ministry of Employment and Labor revised guidelines, etc.) ▲Working hours (weekly holidays, reduction of working hours, etc.) ▲Wage management, hiring, and retirement (ordinary wages, hiring procedure law, retirement management, etc.).
The instructor is Certified Labor Attorney Kim Min-hee of Labor Corporation Cheonji, who is active as a labor consultation committee member at the Seoul Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
