Korea Railroad Gwangju Jeonnam Appoints 5th Customer Evaluation Group
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Korea Railroad (KORAIL) Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters announced on the 11th that it recently held the inauguration ceremony for the '5th Customer Evaluation Group.'
The Customer Evaluation Group was launched in 2018 to innovate railroad services desired by the public, and the 5th group consists of 13 members representing various regions and sectors of society.
